With all csimsoft products, including trial licenses, you receive complimentary technical support for the first 30 days. Complimentary technical support is unlimited email support for installation, launch, or re-installation of the software. Complimentary support does not include meshing support or training. After the first 30 days, Standard Technical Support is available to customers who purchase an annual lease license or who participate in the csimsoft Software Maintenance Program. Premium technical support is available for an additional fee.
Standard technical support.
Standard technical support provides help to solve technical problems with the software. Standard support does not include training, customization, or meshing services.
Standard support includes the following support benefits:
- Email support (email@example.com)
- 72 hour response time, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM MST (except U.S. holidays)
- Forum and online support
- Single point of contact from your company

Premium technical support.
The premium support package can be purchased annually. Premium support includes all the benefits of the standard support package and the following:
- Priority phone and email support (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- 24 hour response time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM MST (except U.S. holidays)
- Up to 15 hours of meshing support*
- Priority bug fixes*
- Beta program participation
- Unlimited points of contact from your company
- Dedicated csimsoft support contact
