Educational and Trial Support

Educational and trial licenses include a minimal amount of support.

Included with educational and trial versions.

Standard Support

The standard support package is included with the purchase of commercial licenses of Cubit and can be purchased by entities with educational licenses. Standard support includes the following support benefits:

  • Email support - 48 hour response time, M-F, 8-5 MST.
  • Web community and forum access.
  • User training (video segments on how to use the application).
  • Bug fixes.
  • Single point of contact from your company.

Premium Support

The premium support package includes all the benefits of the standard support package and the following:

  • 25 hours of support, including consulting services. Does not include custom software development.
  • Phone and email support - 24 hour response time, M-F, 8-5 MST.
  • Monthly statement of support time usage.
  • 25% discount on additional consulting services. Does not include custom software development.
  • Beta program participation.
  • Unlimited points of contact from your company.
  • Dedicated csimsoft support contact.
