Trelis training helps you to take full advantage of the tools and features of Trelis.
Trelis has many tools for challenging simulations. To ensure your success with Trelis, csimsoft offers several options for training:

All training courses are taught by our experienced Trelis team and are very hands-on.
Trelis training.
Let us show you how to use Trelis. csimsoft's Trelis Basic course is a two-day course and consists of hands-on lessons designed to help those who are new to Trelis become familiar with Trelis features.
Prerequisites
None. Students will be taught basic Trelis meshing concepts.

Advanced training.
Once you feel comfortable using the basic features of Trelis, let us show you some advanced meshing techniques. csimsoft's Advanced Training is a two day course and consists of eight hands-on lessons that cover advanced meshing tasks.
Prerequisites
Attendees of the Advanced course should have attended the Basic course or possess a comfortable level of competency with Trelis.

Bring your own models to work on.
Developer training.
csimsoft's Trelis Developer Training is a one-day course and consists of hands-on lessons that teach experienced developers how to integrate Trelis with third-party applications. Trelis can be used as the front end for running other applications or can be run in the background.
Prerequisites
Those attending the Developer Training should be familiar with Python and C++.
Course Topics
The Developer Training course includes:
- Customization overview
- Using the SDK and CubitInterface
- Developing Components with Python, Qt, and PyQt
- Developing Components with C++, Qt, and cMake
Developer training can be scheduled anytime with csimsoft based on need.

csimsoft holds periodic training courses in various locations in Utah or onsite. Training is scheduled on the following dates:
Training Costs - Utah Training
The costs for the training courses are
- Trelis Training (2 days) - $1,500 per person
- Advanced Training (1 day) - $750 per person
- Custom Training (1 day) - $750 per person
*Travel expenses to Utah are not included.
Onsite Training Courses
Sometimes it's difficult to get away for several days to attend a training. Companies who want several people to be trained on Trelis will often host a training at their location.
The costs for hosting an onsite training at your location are
- Trelis Training (2 days) - $1,500 per person
- Advanced Training (1 day) - $750 per person
- Custom Training (1 day) - $750 per person
- Reasonable travel expenses for the instructor(s)
Additional Information
- Minimum of three attendees required to hold any course. csimsoft has the right to cancel any training with less than three attendees.
- Maximum class size should be no more than 10 people.
- A second trainer is required for more than 6 students.
- Each participant will need to bring their own laptop computer.
